Americana Unplugged (and Larry Lyon) is not a business and does not make a profit, nor attempt to make a profit, on any performance by any artist, or on any goods sold by any artist.
Americana Unplugged (and Larry Lyon) only serves as a facilitator of helping to link performing artists with venues which are willing to allow the artist to perform within their venue. The venues are only offering a platform for the artist's performance and do not make a profit, nor attempt to make a profit from the cover charge of any performance by any artist or performer, or on any goods sold by any artist or performer.
The artists or performers are responsible for any and all applicable local, state and federal taxes due from any monies received for their performances or any goods sold by any artist or performer.
Americana Unplugged, Larry Lyon, and any venue the artists or performers perform at shall not be held liable for any and all applicable local, state and federal taxes due from any monies received for those performances or any goods sold by any artist or performer.
